Do you want to Get the most out of yourself get and you true potential discover? Are you ready to obstacles holding you back to let go and a life to lead to that is in line with your deepest desires? Then the annual training is Your True Nature Exactly what you need!
You’ll discover who you truly are, what your values and needs are, and how your past influences your current patterns of thought and behavior. This will help you make better choices that are in line with your authentic self.
You'll learn practical techniques to recognize, understand, and change your patterns. This leads to greater self-confidence, the ability to assertively express your needs, and a healthier relationship with yourself and others.

As you integrate new insights and skills, you’ll experience a greater sense of empowerment. You’ll be better able to choose your own path, make your own choices, and treat yourself with love and respect.
You want to fit in so badly that you hold yourself back, put yourself last, and make yourself invisible. The other person is much more important. So you say yes right away, even though your whole body is screaming no. After all, you don’t want to cause any conflict. As a result, you lose your own identity.
You have trouble expressing your needs, which leads to a lack of awareness of your own boundaries. You focus on others rather than on yourself. Your focus is constantly on what others want, and you neglect your own desires. You don’t even know what you want yourself. You often tend to put others first, putting yourself last in order to be liked.
You ask yourself, “Is it okay for me to say no?” as if you need permission from others to stand up for yourself. You think it’s selfish to say no. You believe the world is going to end because of people who only think of themselves. So, of course, you help. It makes you feel good to be there for others. You’d feel guilty if you weren’t there. Even though you keep your commitments and are reliable, you feel obligated to say yes, even when you don’t feel like it.
You always try to understand everyone's point of view, which often causes you to lose sight of your own opinion. Sometimes you beat around the bush instead of being honest. Constantly adapting to others has caused you to lose your own voice.
You constantly compare yourself to others and feel inferior. You often ask yourself, “Am I worth it? Am I good enough?” The question “Who am I?” also often leaves you feeling confused.
The drive to do everything perfectly, to push yourself to the limit, and to go beyond your boundaries has left you exhausted. You feel compelled to always be the best and the fastest, and to solve problems for others. You never want to be a burden and think you can handle anything. You often take on too much and end up panicking. Automatically, you say, “I’ll just take care of it.” You feel a sense of pride welling up, thinking you can handle it. But afterward, you feel pain in your diaphragm or pressure in your head—maybe even a nagging inner voice. You wonder how you could be so foolish as to take on even more, with everything you already have to do.
“Hey, hello, this is something I’m good at.” But you’re almost too afraid to admit that you don’t really feel like doing it, for fear of rejection. You’re so focused on others’ approval and permission that you forget about yourself. The desire to prove yourself is deeply rooted in a subconscious fear of rejection. This causes you to go to extreme lengths and prevents you from seeing your own worth.
You go to great lengths to accommodate the other person’s wishes, which causes inner frustration to build up, but you don’t show it and just swallow it. Your constant frustration stems from the feeling that you’re being dishonest and not sharing or speaking your truth.
You do everything you can to maintain harmony and avoid or steer clear of conflicts. As long as everything is peaceful and harmonious, you're happy.
We're starting on February 4, 2024!
You claim your place, stand in your power, and make yourself visible. You listen to your body’s signals and stay true to yourself.
You can recognize and articulate your needs, and set clear boundaries. This helps your message come across as clear and authentic to others.
You take time and space for yourself to truly feel what you desire when you’re being called upon. In this way, both your “yes” and your “no” become authentic decisions that come from within. This brings peace and space to your body—and comes across powerfully to the other person. When your “no” is clear, then your “yes” is also a genuine YES that comes from within.
You use your empathy as a powerful tool to express your truth and make your voice heard. You matter, so you, too, have something valuable to say.
As you connect more and more with yourself and your inner world, you’ll see that everyone is unique and that comparing yourself to others is pointless. You’ll realize that you’re just as valuable as anyone else. Your self-confidence gets a boost by practicing self-care and self-love.
You realize that perfection is an illusion and that you’re doing just fine. You tune in more to your body’s inner rhythms, which means you feel fewer “musts” coming from your mind. You’ll start to sense what you enjoy and what energizes you, which will help you take on less and ensure that the things you do don’t leave you feeling so drained.
You give yourself the permission and approval that you used to seek from others. By recognizing and feeling your own worth, you no longer reject yourself and no longer need to seek validation outside yourself.
You’re getting a better sense of what’s right for you, so you no longer have to go out of your way to please others. You’re true to yourself and you’re standing by your own truth. Frustration gives way to trust and relief.
Imagine if you felt that way right now—what would that be like?
What would that make possible for you?
How much better would your relationships and your social or business skills become?
We're starting on February 4, 2024!
“Let your individuality flourish. Find the courage to set your boundaries and make your voice heard. Discover your worth, free from comparisons. Give yourself permission to be yourself, without striving for perfection. Honor your needs; be empathetic toward yourself. Your truth deserves to be heard.”
The annual training Your True Nature is a journey to self-discovery, growth, and transformation. The training is designed to help you true potential to achieve and a life to create that fulfilling and meaningful is.
During this year-long training course, you will learn techniques and insights from various disciplines, including inner child work, family constellations and meditation. Due to a combination from live and online meetings, interim assignments and support by the group develop a deeper understanding about yourself, you discover your true nature, and you'll learn how to faithfulness could be to yourself.
Before you can participate in the training, there will first be a 30-minute intake interview, during which we’ll discuss together whether this training is a good fit for you and our approach.
On the first day, we’ll get to know each other and create a safe environment where you can feel at ease. On this day, we’ll explore your “people-pleaser” identity from a foundation of love and curiosity. We’ll also work on increasing body awareness and meditation.
During this meeting, we’ll learn to distinguish between wounded child parts, adapted child parts, the adult, and the natural child—or, to put it another way, the original and authentic self.
Your "people-pleaser" identity developed during your early years. What messages and projections did you internalize from your parents or caregivers? During this day, we’ll further strengthen your body awareness through practices such as breathwork.
During this session, we’ll explore the different states of the nervous system: responding from a place of safety and connection, from a place of danger, or from a place of threat. Building on this foundational understanding of the nervous system, you’ll be given exercises to help your nervous system respond more and more from a place of basic safety.
Through constellations, you’ll gain insight into what your role was within your family—a role that left you with no choice but to develop your “people-pleaser” identity. And through the “Walking in Your Shoes” method, you’ll gain insight into the healing steps you can take to step out of this identity.
In this session, we’ll be doing tapping based on “you are enough.” You’ll learn the tapping technique and how to use it to bring this positive affirmation into your body.
You are now becoming increasingly attuned to your own body, boundaries, and needs. Today’s session focuses on expressing these boundaries and needs in your relationship with others.
By breaking patterns, we can step outside our safe comfort zone. We invite you to stretch your comfort zone without ending up in the panic zone. During this session, you’ll connect with the resources you can use to do this and, in turn, relax your nervous system.
Over the course of these two days, we’ll all dive deep into the inner world of people-pleasers. What would you encounter if you were to let go of this identity? And how would that affect your interactions with others? You’ll learn through experimentation and play. The other participants will serve as a mirror for you in your process.
Now that we are increasingly in touch with our primal energy, this calls for even greater body awareness and grounding. We achieve this through dance, resources, and regulation exercises. And, of course, with each other’s loving support.
Now that you’re connecting more and more with your true nature, you’re encountering guilt and shame. These feelings want to force you back into your old, familiar comfort zone. Today, we’ll explore how we can develop a healthy relationship with guilt and shame.
Strengthening your innate energy. We do this through dance, resources, and regulation exercises. And, of course, with each other’s loving support.
This will be another day filled with practical, hands-on skills. We’ll wrap up the training with a beautiful ritual.

My name is Gerda van den Top. I have been training and coaching in business since 1999 and working as a body-oriented therapist since 2007. I enjoy working at the intersection of personal and organizational issues. My specialty is family businesses.
I had many headaches from the age of 12. I called myself the reverse Shorty: every Sunday I was sick in bed.
In 1998 I began my search at the Aumm Institute. There I learned to express myself with all that is, celebrate life, perceive my sensations and say yes to that which presents itself. At the Aumm Institute, I took the four-year course, Co-dependency and Trauma Work. Family, Organizational and Trauma Constellations I followed at Phoenix and Interakt. I follow in-depth blocks in the field of constellations at the Aumm Institute.

It’s also important to note that the year-long training is not a substitute for therapy or professional treatment for serious psychological or emotional problems.
