Why an online course?

During my 10-year career as a therapist, I noticed that a lot of clients came to me with stress complaints, tension in their body and overwhelming emotions such as anxiety and panic. To teach them dealing with this I developed a series of short, powerful and effective exercises which they can easily do at home.
 
Meanwhile, the exercises have their proven effectiveness and have helped countless clients allowing them in a short time to less stress, tension and overwhelming emotions experienced. There is more peace, space and balance come into their lives. Because I want to give more people the opportunity to learn these exercises and apply them to themselves, I have created this online course developed.
