Constellation Work for Your Business
You may have heard of family constellations. But did you know that you can also create a constellation for your business? What is invisible becomes visible—and what has been holding you back can begin to shift.
You submit a question
What do you want for your business? What does your business need? You ask your question as the client and receive a customized constellation.
The system becomes visible
Through representatives, the dynamics within your company—and within yourself—become literally visible in the space. What your mind doesn’t see, your body feels.
Every role contributes something
You take turns playing the roles of questioner, representative, and observer. In each role, you gain something—recognition, insight, healing, or movement.
Two days, small group
We work with 4 to 8 entrepreneurs. The small group ensures in-depth discussion—there’s time for everyone to ask a question.

Tuur guides this process based on his own experience—he went through the same process of hitting a roadblock, looking within, and getting things flowing again.
As the first certified Primal Rebirth® therapist in Belgium, I work with family constellations, bodywork, and trauma healing. I guide clients through this process based on my own story: a period of financial panic that brought me back to my family system—and ultimately to freedom.
The Business Flow Program grew out of that experience. Not as a theory, but as a hard-won answer to a real question: How do I keep my business flowing without losing myself?
Previous editions of the Business Stroom Program were facilitated in collaboration with Linda Myncke. Depending on the group and the theme, a co-facilitator may be involved. Please contact us for more information about the next edition and the facilitation team.
All you need to know
Minimum 4, maximum 8 entrepreneurs. The workshop will be canceled if there are fewer than 4 registrants.
Attendance at both days is required. The group energy and the ongoing process are essential to its functioning.
Drinks and snacks are included. Lunch is not included — Time has been set aside to eat together in the neighborhood.
The location will be announced for each edition. Previous editions took place in Mechelen. Please contact us for the next date.
You will always receive an invoice. Your spot is not confirmed until Insured after payment.
If the minimum isn't met, then choose: refund with a credit note, or reserve your spot for the next edition at no extra charge in the event of a price increase.
