Supervision
Body-oriented supervisor
Are you a coach or therapist (in training) looking for a supervisor to look at what you are up against in your work?
Welcome! As a body-oriented psychotherapist and experienced supervisor, I support therapists and coaches seeking deepening, growth and professional development. Supervision provides you with a safe and inspiring space to strengthen your practice, expand your skills and become more confident in your work.
In early 2020, I started a supervisor training that was jointly organized by three traininginstitutes in body-oriented psychotherapy:
This is a by the SBLP accredited training that I completed on April 5, 2022.
What is supervision?
Supervision is a process in which you as a professional reflect on your work, your approach and the challenges you face. This can be about case histories, personal themes that relate to your work, or the development of specific skills. The goal is to increase your insight, competencies and resilience so that you can move forward with new energy and focus.
For whom is supervision intended?
Supervision is for:
Therapists and coaches (in training) seeking depth in their work.
Professionals who want to learn to work with body-centered techniques, systemic work or trauma healing.
Beginning therapists who want to build a solid foundation.
Experienced colleagues stuck in a case or seeking new perspectives.
As a coach or therapist (in training), you can come to me for supervision sessions, both individual and group (group supervision).
My expertise
During supervision, I use my experience and knowledge in the areas of:
