Family Constellations Are a powerful method to gain insight into unconscious patterns and dynamics within your family system. Through these constellations, hidden connections become visible, creating space for healing and personal growth.

What a family constellation can bring you

A family constellation makes visible how your place within the family system affects your life. Often they are unconscious patterns that hinder you in your relationships, health or personal growth. A lineup can include unexpected insights producing a profound process of integration and healing in motion. It involves the lovingly letting go of invisible but deeply acting influences that you may have carried with you for years.

Sometimes the origin of a problem does not lie with you personally, but in events within your family of origin or in earlier generations. Many of our beliefs and inner blocks are rooted in the system in which we grew up. That unconscious loyalties affect our way of observe, feel and act - often without our realizing it. The last that you are experiencing now may stem from a (distant) family member that you unconsciously represents.

Individual family constellations with floor anchors

In addition to group constellations, Puur na Tuur also offers individual family constellations to using floor anchors. In this method, colored mats or papers are placed on the ground, each representing a person or element in your system. By standing on these anchors yourself, you physically experience the relationships and tensions between them. This offers a profound and personal way to gain insight into your situation.

How does a family constellation work?

Family Constellations usually take place in a group. The participant who brings in a question intuitively selects other attendees as representatives for family members or elements of the system. Under the therapist's expert guidance, a systemic field in which the hidden dynamics become visible. This process makes it possible to healing movements get going.

The experience of a constellation is intense and often touches everyone present. Even if you are only present as representative or spectator, can that touch something in you and personal processes set in motion. The themes are unique and personal, but the insights and healing often have a universal nature.

Hi, I am Tuur (Utsav) Van Hove. I live with my husband in Racour, a small village in Belgium. In 2005 - after a rather destructive relationship in which I gave myself away - I came into contact with the Aumm Institute. This was the beginning of my personal and spiritual development process.
