A workshop for men who want more coming home in/at themselves and at other men in a safe and free environment.
The themes which were covered during the basic workshop, namely:
- Connection with Yourself

- needs and limits
- Guilt and Shame
- intimacy
- sexuality
- relationships/relating
During this The Gay Soul IN-DEPTH session, we’ll also conduct more research and explore from a a safe, open, and nonjudgmental attitude.
We work as much as possible experience-based with exercises around:
- self-regulation and co-regulation
- meditation
- expression
- fun and games
- relaxation / casual moments (walking, campfire, …)
- open space
- inquiries
- encounter

Hi, I'm Tuur Van Hove. I live with my husband in Racour, a small village in Belgium. In 2005—after a rather destructive relationship in which I put myself last—I came into contact with the Aumm Institute. This was the beginning of my personal and spiritual development process.
Drawing on my own personal development journey as a man who is attracted to men and my years of experience as a body-oriented therapist, I’ll guide you—in a lighthearted, playful, free, and joyful way—into the world of connection, intimacy, and sexuality. All of this takes place in a safe and free environment. The workshop therefore offers a safe space where you can play and experiment with feeling a free connection both with yourself and with other men.

In-Depth Weekend 2025
You can participate in the in-depth weekend if you’ve already taken part in The Gay Soul weekend one or more times. During this weekend, we’ll delve deeper into the themes introduced during The Gay Soul so that you can connect even more deeply with yourself and with other men. There’s more time for moments of quiet and informal interactions with the other men, so you can go deeper within yourself and find peace among the others.

- Thursday evening (8–10 p.m.): Creating a Safe Environment
- Friday: contact, connection, encounter + Intimacy, Sexuality, and Relationships
- Saturday: Intimacy, Sexuality, and Relationships
- Sunday: Intimacy, Sexuality, and Relationships + Integration + Conclusion
