Dan is dit weekend voor jou gemaakt. Je hoeft geen ervaring te hebben met lichaamswerk, therapie of groepswerk. Je hoeft niet volledig “out” te zijn om welkom te zijn. Het enige wat telt, is dat er ergens in jou een verlangen leeft naar meer echtheid en verbinding, met jezelf en met andere mannen.
Vanuit mijn eigen weg als man die op mannen valt, en mijn jarenlange ervaring als lichaamsgerichte therapeut, begeleid ik dit weekend op een lichte, speelse en vrije manier.

Vrijdagavond · Kennismaking
We komen aan, leren elkaar kennen en maken samen de afspraken die de veilige ruimte voor het weekend vormen. We staan stil bij wat je kracht en steun geeft, en sluiten de avond af met samen aarden.
Zaterdagochtend · Contact en verbinding
Lichaamswerk en oefeningen in kleine groep en één op één, rond contact, grenzen en verlangen. Met ruimte voor rust tussendoor.
Zaterdagnamiddag · Intimiteit, seksualiteit en relateren (1)

Zondagochtend · Intimiteit, seksualiteit en relateren (2)
Lichaamswerk en oefeningen in kleine groep en één op één, rond contact, grenzen en verlangen. Met ruimte voor rust tussendoor.
Zondagnamiddag · Integratie en afscheid
We vertragen samen, oogsten wat het weekend je heeft gebracht en geven elkaar mee wat we bij elkaar gezien hebben. We sluiten af in cirkel, met tijd voor een hapje en drankje voor wie nog wil napraten.
VEILIGHEID EN GRENZEN
Jij bepaalt je eigen tempo
Niets is verplicht. Je kiest zelf hoe ver je gaat in elke oefening, en je mag op elk moment aangeven dat iets te veel is of dat je iets anders nodig hebt. Grenzen aangeven en respecteren, van jezelf en van elkaar, is geen bijzaak in dit weekend, het is waar we vanuit werken.
Er wordt vooraf altijd verteld wat een oefening inhoudt, zodat je weet waar je aan begint voor je meedoet.

Hi, my name is Tuur. I live with my husband in Racour, a small village in Belgium. In 2005 - after a period when I lost myself in a destructive relationship - I came in contact with the Aumm Institute. That marked the beginning of my personal and spiritual growth process.
From my own development as a man who falls on men and my years of experience as a body-oriented therapist, I guide The Gay Soul in a light, playful and free way. Freedom and safety are central - a space where you can play, discover and experiment with feeling.

Nee. Veel mannen die meedoen, deden nog nooit iets gelijkaardigs. Je hoeft alleen open te staan om te voelen en te ontdekken.
We werken met een beperkt aantal plaatsen van 10 deelnemers zodat er voldoende aandacht en veiligheid is voor iedereen. De kleine groepsdynamiek is één van de krachtigste elementen van de workshop. Vanaf 6 deelnemers gaat de training door. Schrijf je dus tijdig in!
Nee. Je bent welkom ongeacht waar je in dat proces staat.
Dan geef je dat aan, en respecteren we dat. Je mag altijd afhaken of aangeven dat je iets anders nodig hebt.
Nee, het weekend is geen seksuele setting. Er is wel ruimte om jouw seksuele (levens)energie te laten stromen. We werken met contact, aanraking en intimiteit / seksualiteit als thema, altijd binnen duidelijke kaders en met wederzijdse toestemming.
Het weekend zelf vindt plaats op locatie Puur na Tuur in Racour. Overnachten kan in een zelf meegebrachte tent op het terrein. Heb je geen tent, leen er dan één. Wil je liever niet in een tent slapen, dan kan je zelf overnachting regelen via een B&B of Airbnb in de buurt, bijvoorbeeld het station Racour.
