Weekend Workshop · For Men Who Are (Also) Attracted to Men
The Gay Soul
Pure, free and conscious connection with yourself and other men
Are you a man who (also) falls for men and want to deepen your connection with yourself and others in a pure, free and conscious way? Then The Gay Soul is for you. A safe space where you may play, discover and feel - both in contact with yourself and with other men.
An experiential weekend where you’ll feel, discover, and practice—together with a small group of men who share the same desire: to conform less and connect more authentically.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
For men who more want rather than casual contact
The Gay Soul is for men who want more than fleeting contact. Men who are looking for authenticity, depth and real connection - with themselves and with other men.
🔍 You seek deeper contact - Not just superficial encounters, but real connection with other men.
"Sharing experiences together with other gay and bisexual men, being yourself and respecting and celebrating our similarities and differences feels like a warm bath."
- Martin
"For all gays who would like to reflect with others on some life themes and do so with their whole person!"
- Roel
"For the first time in years I could cry again, this time not out of misery but out of love for myself."
- Ties
* The Gay Soul is a workshop for men who are (also) attracted to men - gay, bi, trans or otherwise. Everyone is welcome, regardless of how you identify.
FOR WHO
Are you a Gay, bi, or queer man?
Then this weekend is perfect for you. You don’t need any experience with bodywork, therapy, or group work. You don’t have to be completely “out” to be welcome. The only thing that matters is that somewhere deep inside you, there’s a longing for more authenticity and connection—with yourself and with other men.
Drawing on my own journey as a man who is attracted to men, and my years of experience as a body-oriented therapist, I will be facilitating this weekend’s event in a light, playful, and free-spirited way.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is what it looks like weekend out
Friday evening · Introductory session
We’ll arrive, get to know each other, and work together to establish the ground rules that will create a safe space for the weekend. We’ll reflect on what gives you strength and support, and wrap up the evening by grounding ourselves together.
Saturday Morning · Contact and Connection
Bodywork and exercises in small groups and one-on-one, focusing on touch, boundaries, and desire. With time for rest in between.
Saturday Afternoon · Intimacy, Sexuality, and Relationships (1)
Bodywork and exercises in small groups and one-on-one, focusing on touch, boundaries, and desire. With time for rest in between.
Sunday Morning · Intimacy, Sexuality, and Relationships (2)
Bodywork and exercises in small groups and one-on-one, focusing on touch, boundaries, and desire. With time for rest in between.
Sunday Afternoon · Integration and Farewell
Together, we’ll take some time to reflect, take stock of what the weekend has brought you, and share with each other what we’ve observed in one another. We’ll wrap up in a circle, with time for a snack and a drink for anyone who’d like to chat some more.
SAFETY AND BOUNDARIES
It's up to you at your own pace
Nothing is mandatory. You decide for yourself how far to go in each exercise, and you can let us know at any time if something is too much or if you need something different. Setting and respecting boundaries—for yourself and for others—is not just a side issue this weekend; it’s the foundation of our work.
They always explain what an exercise involves beforehand, so you know what to expect before you join in.
WHAT YOU GET
After the weekend
feel the difference
The Gay Soul is not a workshop full of theory. It is an experiential weekend - you feel, discover and practice. What participants report afterwards:
- More in touch with your body - you feel better what you need
- Expressing your feelings better without swallowing them
- More insight into how you are in life as a man who is attracted to men
- Easier and more real contact with other men
- Feel and express your needs and boundaries more clearly
- Experiencing intimacy and sexuality from both heart and body
- You are part of a community of like-minded men
WORKING FORMS
How we work
We work experientially - not from the head, but from feeling. The combination of methods creates a rich, safe and profound experience.
Getting in touch with what is going on in your body - sensations, tension, desires and boundaries.
Making patterns visible - in yourself and in relation to other men.
Slow down and land - create space to feel what is really there.
Exploring the connection between heart and pelvis - energy, intimacy and presence.
WHAT WE INVESTIGATE
The themes
that matter
Not a superficial workshop. We go to the heart of what it means to be in this life as a man who is attracted to men.
🤲
Making contact
Real contact - with yourself and with other men. Beyond masks and facades.
💜
Needs & desires
What do you really want? What do you need? And how do you relate to guilt and shame?
🔥
Intimacy & sexuality
Connection from both heart and body - sexuality as an expression of who you are.
🧱
Feeling boundaries
Feeling where your limit is and being able to state it - without guilt, without shame.
💪
Strength & vulnerability
Both are allowed to be there. Strength that does not flee from vulnerability - and vulnerability that gives strength.
🌱
Acceptance & freedom
Fully embracing your groundedness. Being yourself - pure, free and aware.

Hi, my name is Tuur. I live with my husband in Racour, a small village in Belgium. In 2005 - after a period when I lost myself in a destructive relationship - I came in contact with the Aumm Institute. That marked the beginning of my personal and spiritual growth process.
From my own development as a man who falls on men and my years of experience as a body-oriented therapist, I guide The Gay Soul in a light, playful and free way. Freedom and safety are central - a space where you can play, discover and experiment with feeling.

Your questions, answered honestly
The Gay Soul is for men who want more than fleeting contact. Men who are looking for authenticity, depth and real connection - with themselves and with other men.
No. Many of the men who participate have never done anything like this before. You just need to be open to feeling and discovering.
We limit the number of participants to 10 to ensure that everyone receives sufficient attention and that safety is maintained. The small-group dynamic is one of the most powerful elements of the workshop. The training will take place with a minimum of 6 participants. So be sure to register early!
No. You're welcome no matter where you are in that process.
Just let us know, and we'll respect that. You can always opt out or let us know if you need something else.
No, the weekend is not a sexual setting. However, there is room to let your sexual (life) energy flow. We work with contact, touch, and intimacy/sexuality as themes, always within clear boundaries and with mutual consent.
The weekend itself will take place at the Puur na Tuur venue in Racour. You can spend the night in a tent you bring yourself on the grounds. If you don’t have a tent, you can borrow one. If you’d rather not sleep in a tent, you can arrange your own accommodations through a nearby B&B or Airbnb, such as the Racour Station.
