This online course offers various exercises to help you regulate your stress and emotions, so you can give them the attention they deserve without getting completely lost in them or avoiding them altogether. In addition, you’ll discover through experiential learning how you can support yourself during these times by using stress and emotion regulation techniques. This course is designed to help you navigate this period more effectively.

At first, I was a bit hesitant to offer this online. After all, does it really work? And isn’t it scary to share what’s going on inside you with a group when you’re not physically together? The participants and I are surprised at how well it works—it’s as if we’re all in the same room together. I’ve even heard from participants that it feels like we’re together. And that through the exercises we do together, they’re able to let go of their tension, loneliness, or overwhelming emotions.
