🌟 During my 12-year entrepreneurial journey, I’ve experienced periods of stagnation in my business. Sometimes the number of clients would drop, and at those times I’d often go into survival mode. 😰 Fear of (financial) hardship brought out my driven, go-getter side, causing me to go into “do and fix” mode and overdrive.
💪 I tried everything and worked frantically to get the flow of clients going again. When I realized that this wasn’t helping, I slipped into lethargy and apathy. My inner critic made itself heard, with thoughts like “What am I even doing this for?” and “It’s pointless anyway!”
🔄 By observing how my strategies, survival and defense mechanisms, and limiting beliefs came to the surface, I realized that the stagnation in my business was merely a reflection of an inner block. Through self-reflection, inner child work, and constellation work, I discovered that unconscious messages from my childhood were blocking my own flow.
🤔 These messages were often about money, doing your best, and the idea that you have to work hard to be worth anything. These beliefs also seeped into my business, causing it to become less fluid.
💡 Thanks to constellation work, I was able to convey these messages to my parents, which set me free and allowed me to develop my own positive beliefs. Now I contribute to a positive, more loving world, and I believe in my own worth and qualities.
