How I work
Not talking about yourself,
but coming home at yourself
Real change doesn't start in your head. It starts in your body - in the place where old patterns, tensions and unprocessed emotions are stored. I guide you to go there: quietly, safely and at your pace.
My philosophy
You are already whole.
I help you that recall.
Many people come to me feeling that something is wrong with them. That they feel too much, don't perform enough, keep getting stuck in the same patterns. But that's not true.
Those patterns were once there to protect you. They have done their job. And now they may - step by step - make way for who you essentially already are: free, connected and powerful.
My work is not to fix you. My work is to guide you back to your own nature - pure, na-Tural, conscious.
"It's not the methods that heal. It's the safe connection - with yourself, with your body, and in the space we create together."
Tuur Van Hove
My approach
Four powerful methods,
one direction: your core
I work with proven body-oriented methods that I combine tailored to what you need. No set protocols, but a living process that arises in connection with you.
Inner child work
Primal Rebirth Therapyยฎ.
Most of the patterns that hold you back today originated in your childhood. Through PRT, you go back to those defining momentsโnot to relive them, but to revisit them from the strength of who you are now. Stuck emotions and beliefs such as โIโm not good enoughโ or โthereโs no place for meโ can thus dissolve, making room for new possibilities.
Trauma healing
Trauma is not a disease - it is stored energy in your body looking for a way out. Through body-centered trauma healing, we work with small, achievable steps to gently release that tension. You don't have to relive the trauma again or talk about it at length. We follow what is happening in your body, and from there, recovery finds its way.
Family and systemic work
You are not alone in your life. You carry with you the field of your family - the loyalties, the secrets, the unprocessed pain of earlier generations. Constellations reveal how this field affects you in your relationships, your health and your choices. That insight alone can release something substantial.
Integral Somatic Psychotherapy
ISP (developed by Raja Selvam) works directly with the body sensations underlying emotions. By being consciously present to what is going on in the body - tension, tingling, warmth, heaviness - you increase your ability to carry and integrate intense emotions without being overwhelmed by them.
The body central
Why the body
and not the head?
Our minds understand a great deal. But understanding alone doesnโt change much. You can know for years that you have a pattern, and yet keep repeating it. Thatโs because patterns and traumas arenโt stored in our mindsโthey live in the body, in your muscles, your breathing, and your nervous system.
Body-oriented therapy goes directly to that place. Not to force anything, but to give the body a chance to show its own wisdom and activate its own healing capacity.
1. Slowing Down and Landing
First, we come to rest. You, your body, the space. Only from calmness is contact possible.
2. Feeling and Naming
We listen to what is going on in your body - without judgment, without haste.
3. Moving and Releasing Tension
Tension is allowed to be released. Emotions are allowed to flow. The body knows how.
4. Integrate and embed
What has been let go is given a new place. You go home with something that has really shifted.

How a session runs
No set protocols.
A safe bed, though.
Every session is different because every person is different. Yet there is always the same quality of presence, calm and safety. This is what a typical session broadly looks like.
Countries
We start quietly. How are you today? What is alive? No rush.
Explore
Together we look for what demands attention - in your story as well as in your body.
Move
The actual work: feeling, letting go, moving through what is.
Integrate
We land back. What did this bring? What are you taking home?
A session lasts 60 minutes and takes place in Racour (Wallonia) or online. You don't need to prepare anything - you just need to be there.

Frequently Asked Questions
You must have questions.
Very understandable.
Body-oriented therapy works well for people who find that talking alone isnโt enoughโwho constantly understand why they do something, but keep repeating it anyway. If youโre willing to feel and slow down, this is a powerful path. You donโt have to have experienced major trauma. Sometimes itโs just years of putting yourself last, or pushing through when your body is begging for rest.
No. That's just the beauty of body-oriented therapy. You don't have to relive the trauma again or recount it at length. We work with what's happening in your body - sensations, tension, breathing. This is often much more effective than talking, and gentler, too. You always set the pace yourself.
This varies from person to person. Some people feel a real shift after only a few sessions. Deeper patterns require more time and repetition. Together we look at what you need and build a pathway from there. There is no minimum commitment - you can also just start with a first session and then look further.
Rates I like to discuss in person - that also gives me a chance to understand what you are looking for and what formula best suits you. The introductory meeting is free and without obligation. Feel free to contact me via tuur@puur-na-tuur.be or +32 486 23 55 53.
Itโs perfectly normal to have doubtsโespecially when it comes to something as personal as therapy. Hereโs what I recommend: start with a free introductory session. No obligations, no pressure. Weโll talk for 20 minutes, youโll ask your questions, and then youโll know if it feels right. That feeling of โthis is the right placeโโor that it isnโtโis always more reliable than any rational consideration.
