Real change doesn't start in your head. It starts in your body - in the place where old patterns, tensions and unprocessed emotions are stored. I guide you to go there: quietly, safely and at your pace.

My philosophy

You are already whole.
I help you that recall.

Many people come to me feeling that something is wrong with them. That they feel too much, don't perform enough, keep getting stuck in the same patterns. But that's not true.

Those patterns were once there to protect you. They have done their job. And now they may - step by step - make way for who you essentially already are: free, connected and powerful.

My work is not to fix you. My work is to guide you back to your own nature - pure, na-Tural, conscious.

Via PRT ga je terug naar die bepalende momenten โ€” niet om ze opnieuw te lijden, maar om ze te herzien vanuit de kracht van wie je nu bent. ISP (developed by Raja Selvam) works directly with the body sensations underlying emotions. By being consciously present to what is going on in the body - tension, tingling, warmth, heaviness - you increase your ability to carry and integrate intense emotions without being overwhelmed by them.

Why the body
and not the head?

Ons verstand begrijpt heel veel. Maar begrijpen alleen verandert weinig. Je kunt jarenlang weten dat je een patroon hebt, en het toch blijven herhalen. Dat komt omdat patronen en trauma’s niet opgeslagen liggen in gedachten โ€” ze leven in het lichaam, in je spieren, je ademhaling, je zenuwstelsel.

Body-oriented therapy goes directly to that place. Not to force anything, but to give the body a chance to show its own wisdom and activate its own healing capacity.

First, we come to rest. You, your body, the space. Only from calmness is contact possible.

We listen to what is going on in your body - without judgment, without haste.

Every session is different because every person is different. Yet there is always the same quality of presence, calm and safety. This is what a typical session broadly looks like.

A session lasts 60 minutes and takes place in Racour (Wallonia) or online. You don't need to prepare anything - you just need to be there.

Lichaamsgerichte therapie werkt goed voor mensen die merken dat praten alleen niet genoeg is โ€” die steeds begrijpen waarom ze iets doen, maar het toch blijven herhalen. Als je bereid bent om te voelen en te vertragen, dan is dit een krachtige weg. Je hoeft geen grote trauma’s te hebben gehad. Soms is het gewoon jarenlang jezelf wegcijferen, of steeds maar doordoen terwijl je lichaam om rust smeekt.

No. That's just the beauty of body-oriented therapy. You don't have to relive the trauma again or recount it at length. We work with what's happening in your body - sensations, tension, breathing. This is often much more effective than talking, and gentler, too. You always set the pace yourself.

This varies from person to person. Some people feel a real shift after only a few sessions. Deeper patterns require more time and repetition. Together we look at what you need and build a pathway from there. There is no minimum commitment - you can also just start with a first session and then look further.

Yes, you can. Much of the body-centered work is also readily available online. Sessions then take place via video call. For certain forms of deeper body work - such as constellations with floor anchors or more intensive present work - a meeting in Racour is desirable. We will discuss together what is most appropriate in your situation.
