Annual training - Start March 6, 2027

You understand your patterns.
Then why do you keep repeating them?

You often know very well why you people-please, compromise, or adapt. And yet, the old pattern takes over again as soon as connecting with others becomes challenging.

Your True Nature begins where understanding alone is no longer enough.

An experiential year-long training program for people who feel deeply, take on a lot of responsibility, or try to fix everything—and who easily lose themselves in the process. You’ll learn to tune into your own feelings sooner, stay true to yourself, and choose more freely what truly suits you—even when others want something different.

"I am so happy and grateful to have started the Year Training Your True Nature. So many life lessons and new insights. This will make me live the rest of my life more from my true nature."
Daisy

You have a keen sense of the other person.
But where are you?

You're used to being considerate of others.
You quickly sense what someone needs, what's expected of you, and how to maintain a good connection.
But somewhere along the way, you lose touch with yourself.

😔

You say yes even though you feel like saying no

You don't want to disappoint or offend anyone. So you agree, even though your body is actually telling you otherwise.

🫥

You sense others' feelings more quickly than your own

You can tell exactly what someone else needs, but when someone asks “And what do you want?” it suddenly gets a lot harder.

🚧

Your boundaries feel unclear

You keep going, adapt, or take on a little more. It’s only when you get tired, irritated, or overwhelmed that you realize: This was actually too much.

😮‍💨

The other person's reaction determines who you are

It's perfectly fine to feel whatever you want. But as soon as someone reacts with disappointment, anger, or coldness, you start to have doubts and end up conforming after all.

🪞

You're always keeping an eye on yourself

Am I doing this right? Am I being too much? Should I have said that differently? You set the bar high and try to stay one step ahead of mistakes, criticism, or rejection.

🎭

You keep falling back into your old pattern

You may have already learned a lot about yourself. You know where your behavior comes from. And yet, the old pattern takes over again as soon as the connection gets tense.

So you often know exactly what's going on.
The question isn't whether you need to understand even more about yourself.
The question is: What happens in your body the moment you start to lose yourself?

That's where Your True Nature begins.

For you, if you want to do more than just understand
but are also willing to experience

This often happens

It's easy to lose yourself when you're connecting with others

You can quickly sense what the other person needs, but it becomes harder to tune into your own feelings as soon as someone else is around.

You know a lot, but you keep falling into the same patterns.

Therapy, books, or coaching have already given you some insight. Yet the old pattern takes over again during stressful moments.

You long for more space for what you feel, want, and need.

Not to let go of the other person, but to stop losing yourself in the connection.

You are willing to explore and practice.

Don't just watch—get involved: feel it, try it out, and sometimes take a chance on something new.

You don't have to call yourself a people-pleaser.

You might recognize some of this; you might call it something else. That's enough to see if this is right for you.

When is "Your True Nature" likely to be less suitable?

If you’re currently in the midst of an acute crisis and need individual, stabilizing support first. If you’re looking for a quick process rather than a year of practice and repetition. Or if you already know you won’t be able to attend the scheduled sessions. In that case, we’d rather help you find what’s right for you through an introductory consultation.

“Not only have I learned a lot, but above all, I’ve experienced firsthand what happens. I’ve noticed that now, in situations where I used to react automatically, I’m sometimes able to make a choice.”

Niekie

You often already know.
But your body does something else as well.

By now, you probably know very well why you conform.

You recognize your "please" or "fix" behavior. You understand where it comes from. You know that you are not responsible for how others feel and that your needs and boundaries matter, too.

And yet, a single disappointed look can be enough to make everything you know fade into the background.

You'll say yes after all.
You start to explain yourself.
You try to make it up to them quickly.
Or you don't realize until hours later that you actually wanted something else.

That's exactly where we are in Your True Nature work with.

Not just with what you understand about yourself, but with what happens inside you the moment your old pattern takes over.

Your Body as a Gateway

Sense what's happening before you react automatically

Your body often reacts before your mind does. You might hold your breath, tense your stomach, lose your composure, or feel uneasy even as your mouth is already saying “yes.”

You'll learn to recognize those signals earlier and earlier so you can use them as information.

What's happening inside me right now?

The Relationship as a Place to Practice

Keep feeling like yourself even when the other person is there

Pleasing others and adapting are most evident in our interactions.

What happens when someone asks you for something? When you say no? When someone gets disappointed, distances themselves, or wants something different from you?

That's why they practice not only feeling, but also in genuine contact with others. The question becomes: Can I stay true to myself when you want something different?

Understanding Your Origins

Discover why your pattern made sense at one time

We explore how past experiences, attachment, and your family system have shaped the way you connect with others.

Perhaps you learned early on to take care of others, to be strong, to keep the peace, to adapt, or not to ask for too much.

Understanding that can help you see yourself in a new light.

But we don't dwell on the past. We always come back to:
What is still happening inside me today?

New Experiences

Don't try harder—try something different

We’re not trying to get rid of your “pleaser” or “fixer” tendencies. And we’re not teaching you to always say “no” clearly from now on or to perfectly enforce your boundaries. That could easily become just another expectation you’d have to live up to.

We're slowing down. You'll learn to notice what's happening, stay with it, and explore what truly feels right for you.

This way, a little more space can gradually open up between your automatic reaction and what you do next. Freedom to choose.

NOTICE → SLOW DOWN → FEEL → DISTINGUISH → CHOOSE

01

Body

Feel what is really happening.

02

Relationship

Practice where the pattern becomes visible.

03

Origin

To understand why it was ever necessary.

04

Time

Let new experiences sink in and practice them again.

Your True Nature isn't about becoming someone else.

It's less and less about having to give up who you already are.

What might change?
in your daily life?

You don't suddenly become someone who never again pleases others, has doubts, or crosses a line.
You'll learn to recognize sooner what's going on inside you and will have more and more freedom to make different choices.

This often happens

This is happening more and more often

The change isn't about never trying to please anyone again.
It starts the moment you realize: Here I leave myself behind. And that you’ll be able to slow down more and more often, tune in to your feelings, and choose what truly suits you.

Not just understanding.
To truly experience something different.

Many participants in “Your True Nature” had already learned a great deal about themselves before the training. They were aware of their patterns, understood where they came from, and had often already undergone therapy, coaching, or training.

The change didn't come from knowing even more, but from experiencing what was happening in their bodies, relationships, and daily choices.

"Something in me has shifted - a curtain has slid open allowing more light to come in. I move more freely in the world now. Contact with other people has become easier and lighter. I had no experience with bodywork and constellations - it has brought me more than I expected."

"I have done so many trainings but I have never learned as much about myself as I did in this training."

"In 1 word: top. Sometimes confronting moments, but always with enough guidance. What a chemistry develops in such a group!"

"What a magical weekend 'Down under'. Utsav's workshop is a gift and vacation destination an sich. Pleased with the training and the trainers. I even have (sincerely!) no points of improvement, because everything was taken care of."

A year not just for understanding,
just practice, experience, and integrate

Your patterns didn't develop overnight. It takes time to learn to recognize them, to understand what lies beneath them, and to truly become comfortable with new ways of relating to yourself and others.

That is why we work in different phases throughout the year.

Not like a straight line where you have to check off each step as you go. We’ll come back to the material, explore it more deeply, and practice again. What you learn during the sessions will have time to take root in your daily life in the meantime.

01

Recognize

Where do I leave myself?

Let's start with what's happening today. How do you adapt? When do you start worrying, trying to fix things, or trying to please others? What's happening in your body, and what makes it so easy for your attention to shift to the other person?

You'll learn to recognize your automatic patterns earlier and earlier.

From reacting automatically → to noticing

02

Understand

Why was this ever necessary?

We explore how your history, attachment, and family system have shaped the way you experience yourself and your relationships.

Not to assign blame or dwell on the past, but to understand with greater compassion why your patterns once made sense.

From judging yourself → to understanding

03

Feeling and Discerning

What actually belongs to me?

When your attention isn't automatically focused on the other person, it creates space for other questions:

  • What am I feeling?
  • What do I need?
  • What do I want?
  • Where do I draw the line?

You’ll practice taking your body’s signals more seriously and learning to distinguish between an automatic reaction and something that truly resonates with you.

From attuning to others → to tuning into yourself

04

Staying True to Yourself While Staying Connected

Can I stay true to myself even when you're here too?

Here, we gradually share what you've discovered with others.

You practice setting boundaries, expressing needs and desires, and navigating closeness and differences—even when the other person is disappointed, wants something else, or doesn’t like your boundary.

Not to get tougher.

Definitely worth experiencing:

I can stay true to myself without having to lose you.

From Adaptation → to Connected Autonomy

05

Integrate

How do I incorporate this into my life?

New experiences only become meaningful when they bring about change outside the training room as well.

That’s why we focus on integration throughout the entire process—in your relationship, family, friendships, work, and the choices you make every day.

You don't have to run into your old pattern ever again.

You'll learn to recognize it sooner and have more and more freedom to make different choices.

From insight → to a different way of life

Here's what the year looks like

Why are we taking a year to do this?

An insight can come in an instant.

But change only becomes interesting when—on a Monday morning at work, during a conflict with your partner, or when someone reacts with disappointment—you realize:

Hey, I do it differently.

That is why “Your True Nature” is not an intensive week during which everything has to happen.

You experience something during a session. Afterward, you return to your normal life. You encounter yourself and your old patterns once again. You notice what works, where you lose yourself again, and what still needs attention.

Bring that with you to the next meeting.

Experience → live → return → explore more deeply → practice again

In this way, opportunities arise time and again throughout the year not only to understand something, but also to experience, practice, and integrate.

Your old pattern doesn't have to disappear before you can become freer.
Freedom arises when it no longer automatically determines what you do.

"More and more, I feel strong. That I'm good enough the way I am - even if I'm expressing a boundary, even if I'm expressing my opinion."

Participant 2025

Would you like to know exactly what we treat?

You don't have to read everything below to know if Your True Nature appeals to you. But you might want to know in more concrete terms what we'll be working on throughout the year.

The various themes overlap. We build on previous experiences and regularly revisit what you’ve already discovered, each time from a new perspective.

These phases provide guidance, not a fixed order.
Throughout the year, we move back and forth between recognizing, understanding, feeling, practicing, and integrating. What you encountered earlier may resurface later from a different perspective.

Where and when do you lose yourself?

We don't start with your past, but with what you today does.

When does your attention shift from yourself to the other person? When do you say yes even though something inside you is saying no? When do you start worrying, trying to solve problems, adapting yourself, or trying to do the right thing?

You'll learn to recognize how your pattern manifests itself in your thoughts, behavior, and body.

Among other things, we are investigating:

  • what your "please," "fix," or "adjust" pattern looks like;
  • which situations and relationships trigger the pattern;
  • what happens in your body when you start to abandon yourself;
  • how you automatically react to stress, rejection, or conflict;
  • what you're trying to prevent or preserve by adapting;
  • As you may have noticed earlier: Here we go again.

The goal isn't to change your routine right away.

First, we learn to recognize it as it happens.

Why did fitting become so important in the first place?

Once you start to recognize what Whatever you do, the question naturally arises: Why am I doing this, anyway?

We explore how your early experiences and your family system have shaped the way you’ve learned to deal with closeness, needs, boundaries, responsibility, and connection.

Perhaps you learned early on to be considerate of others. To be strong. Not to be a burden. To keep the peace. To take care of someone. Or, above all, not to need too much.

Among other things, we are investigating:

  • the role you played in your family of origin;
  • implicit and explicit messages you picked up;
  • the roles and responsibilities you took on;
  • loyalties within your family system;
  • what you needed as a child but may not have received enough of;
  • how old protection strategies continue to have an impact today.

In doing so, we use techniques such as systemic work, body-oriented exercises, and working with younger parts of yourself.

Not to blame your parents or your past. And not to endlessly search for the cause, either.

It does, however, help you understand why a pattern that’s holding you back today might once have made perfect sense.

What happens when you're allowed to turn your attention back to yourself?

If you've been used to sensing what the other person is feeling for a long time, a simple question can become surprisingly difficult:

What do I actually want?

We slow down and bring our attention back to your body. There, we learn to listen to the subtle signals that are often already present before your mind has come up with an answer.

Among other things, we are investigating:

  • physical signs of tension, relaxation, attraction, and resistance;
  • the difference between reacting automatically and truly feeling;
  • what you need and how to recognize it;
  • taking your desires seriously without having to act on them right away;
  • your personal space;
  • how you can physically sense a "yes," "no," "maybe," or "not yet";
  • Recognize your limits before you go way beyond them.

You don't have to know right away what you want.

There is also room for doubt and uncertainty.

Slowly, a different starting point is emerging:

not first “What does the other person need?”

but:

“What’s happening inside me?”

Can you stay true to yourself when you're actually face to face with someone else?

Feeling a need when you're alone is different from expressing that need to someone who might want something else.

That's why we're highlighting what you've discovered about yourself more and more in a relationship.

We’re exploring how your attachment patterns become apparent in your interactions with others. What do you do when someone gets closer to you? Pulls away? Gets disappointed? Doesn’t respond right away? Needs something from you?

Among other things, we are investigating:

  • different attachment styles and how to recognize which one applies to you;
  • closeness and distance;
  • your need for validation or, conversely, your tendency to withdraw;
  • "pleasing" and codependent patterns in relationships;
  • what happens when your needs clash with someone else's;
  • set boundaries and remain present during the response to them;
  • tolerating differences without losing yourself or the other person;
  • giving, receiving, asking, and setting boundaries.

Here, the group itself is becoming increasingly important.

Because it is precisely through genuine connection that a new experience can arise:

You don't have to want the same things I do to stay connected.

What happens when you truly choose yourself?

Feeling a boundary is one thing.

Acting on it can evoke something entirely different.

Guilt when you say no. Shame when you reveal yourself. Fear of being seen as selfish. The tendency to explain yourself after the fact or to reverse your decision when someone reacts with disappointment.

That is exactly where the old pattern can become particularly powerful.

Among other things, we are investigating:

  • feelings of guilt when you choose yourself;
  • shame surrounding needs, desires, and visibility;
  • the fear of disappointing someone;
  • making yourself smaller to maintain a connection;
  • taking responsibility without assuming responsibility;
  • the difference between healthy responsibility and old guilt;
  • stay true to yourself when the other person doesn't like your choice;
  • Take up space without having to make yourself seem bigger or smaller.

The goal isn't for you to never feel guilt, shame, or anxiety again.

The key is that those feelings no longer have to automatically determine what you do.

Who are you when the old pattern no longer has to call the shots all the time?

You won't receive a certificate upon completing *Your True Nature* “No more pleasing”.

You'll probably still find yourself trying to fit in, second-guessing yourself, or saying "yes" too quickly.

The difference lies elsewhere.

You notice it sooner. You recognize what’s happening. You can return to your body. You have a better sense of what belongs to you and what belongs to the other person. And you have more and more choice in what you do next.

So we’re bringing together everything you’ve discovered over the course of the year:

  • which patterns you've become better at recognizing;
  • which signals from your body you've come to recognize;
  • what you've discovered about your needs and boundaries;
  • how your experience of relationships and connection has changed;
  • which old strategies still resurface regularly;
  • what helps you reconnect with yourself;
  • which choices are more in line with who you are;
  • how you want to proceed after the training session.

As a result, the question is slowly shifting from:

“How do I break this pattern?”

to:

“How do I want to live when my boss no longer has to make decisions for me automatically?”

That's not the end.

It's up to you to decide which path to take from here.

"Now that I adapt less to the other person, I notice more space. I know better what I want, what I like and what I don't like."

Karen

We won't show you the way.
We'll help you find your own path.

"Your True Nature" is about getting closer to yourself. So it would be strange if we were to tell you who you should become, what you should feel, or what choices you should make.

That's why we don't see ourselves as people who have the answer for you.

We create a safe space where you can slow down, explore, feel, and experiment. We observe alongside you, reflect what we see, and help you notice what happens when you lose yourself, hold back, or disengage.

Sometimes gentle. Sometimes confrontational.

But always with respect for your pace and your limits.

I believe that change happens when you not only understand what you're doing, but also learn to feel what's going on inside you the moment an old pattern emerges.

In my work, I notice how quickly people adapt to others. Sometimes it’s very obvious, but often it’s in the little things. You hold your breath, make yourself smaller, swallow something, or first try to sense what the other person needs.

When I'm coaching someone, I listen to their story and to what their body is telling me. I slow down, ask questions, and invite you to feel what's happening right now, without feeling the need to change anything right away.

In *Your True Nature*, I bring together my experience with body-oriented work, relationships, attachment, trauma, and systemic work.

I'll help you explore where you lose touch with yourself and what emerges as you become increasingly able to feel: "This is who I am, this is how I feel, and this feels right to me."

I don't believe that people fundamentally change simply by understanding more about themselves.

In my work, I often see people who can explain exactly why they do what they do, yet still find themselves falling back into the same pattern.

That's why I don't just listen to your story.

I also pay attention to what happens as you’re telling your story. How you breathe. Where you feel tension. When you make yourself seem smaller. When you suddenly start smiling even though you’re actually moved. Or how quickly your attention shifts from yourself to the other person.

Your body often tells you something before your mind can put it into words.

My role isn't to tell you what to do. I help you slow down, feel, and explore what is truly yours.

And sometimes I hold up a mirror to you when I see that you're doing exactly what you don't really want to do anymore.

Why Do We Provide Guidance?
Your True Nature Together?

Two caregivers. Two different perspectives.

Together, we consciously guide you toward your True Nature.

That gives us the opportunity not only to focus on the content, but also to continue to carefully examine what happens within the group and among individual participants.

While one person is leading, another can observe. When someone needs support, it doesn't mean the whole group has to stop what they're doing right away.

But there's something else.

We are different.

We sometimes see things differently, feel things differently, and each of us brings our own experiences and qualities to the table.

Even between us, not everything has to be the same for us to work well together.

And in doing so, we try to live out something that is central to *Your True Nature*:

be connected without having to be the same.

How We Provide Guidance

Safety

You don't have to push yourself. We work carefully and take into account what you're able to handle at that moment.

Taking Charge

You remain in charge of your own process. You’re allowed to slow down, stop, admit when you don’t know, and say what does or doesn’t feel right.

Coordination

A script provides guidance, but it doesn't dictate what should happen to you. We always consider what the group and the moment call for.

Honesty

To us, safety doesn't mean cautiously avoiding everything. We can name and reflect on what we see, even when it's uncomfortable.

With us, you don't have to be the "good" participant.

You don't have to feel anything right away, go deep, or experience anything special. Doubt, resistance, anger, uncertainty, or simply not wanting to participate for a moment can all be part of what's happening.

“Tuur and Gerda are truly top-notch. The structure is very well done—all the relevant themes are presented in the right order.

Karen

You're not practicing alone.
You practice right in the midst of real life.

Your pattern will become visible.

In a group, you can't hide your true self for long. That's exactly what makes it a place to practice.

You practice making genuine connections.

Don't just talk about boundaries—feel them and express them when you're actually sitting across from someone.

Differences do not necessarily imply rejection.

You'll discover that you don't have to want the same things as someone else to still feel connected.

But what if I find groups exciting?

That might actually be a reason to join. If you tend to conform easily, a group can be exactly the place where that pattern becomes apparent. You don't have to share everything, and you aren't forced to participate in every exercise.

Why a maximum of 12 participants?

Large enough to truly experience group work, small enough to ensure you don't get lost in the crowd. With two counselors and two assistants, there's still room for you.

"In 1 word: top. Sometimes confronting moments, but always with enough guidance. What a chemistry develops in such a group!"

Perhaps you recognize yourself in what you've read on this page. You now have a good understanding of your patterns, but you've noticed that understanding alone isn't enough to act differently in stressful situations.

"Your True Nature" gives you a whole year to practice this.

Not to become a better version of yourself, but to get a better sense of what is yours, what you need, and what feels right for you. To realize that you can stay true to yourself, even when the other person wants something different.

You don't have to be sure you've already arrived

You don't have to stop trying to please others. You don't have to be good at reading people's emotions. And you don't have to know exactly where this year will take you.

What we do ask of you is the willingness to look within yourself, to feel what arises, and to try something new.

Do you feel a definite "yes"? If so, you can sign up below.

Discover Your True Nature
Staying true to yourself while connecting with others

You know that you don't always have to say yes. That your needs and boundaries matter, too. And that you're not responsible for how someone else feels.

And yet, sometimes you do something other than what you really want to do.

You say yes even though you feel like saying no. You go along with others when someone is disappointed. You try to keep the mood light. Or you don't realize until later that you've crossed your own boundaries again.

You might understand very well where that pattern comes from.

But simply understanding something doesn't mean you'll be able to act differently in the moment.

That's where it starts Discover Your True Nature.

From Understanding to Experience

During this hands-on workshop, we'll explore what happens the moment you start to lose touch with yourself in order to maintain a connection with the other person.

Not just by talking about it.

Through body-oriented exercises, small group setups, and contact exercises, you’ll experience what happens inside you when another person is actually standing right in front of you.

So the question isn't just: What do I want?

The more intriguing question is: Can I continue to trust my instincts even when you want something different?

What are we going to do?

We'll start in the morning with two small setups.

In this process, you’ll explore, among other things, where you stand in relation to the other person, your own needs, and your boundaries. Not to delve extensively into your past, but to make visible and tangible how you organize yourself in interactions.

In the afternoon, we'll share that experience in genuine contact with the other person.

You practice closeness and distance, saying "yes" and "no," but also not yet and I don't know. And you explore what happens inside you when someone across from you wants something different from what you want.

We're not looking for the perfect answer.

We're practicing something more fundamental:

to continue to feel like yourself even when the other person is there.

For whom.

This day is right for you if you adapt easily, are very considerate of others, or sometimes lose yourself in relationships.

You might quickly sense what someone else needs, but it's much harder to figure out what you yourself want.

Maybe it's best to set a limit, but do you think the other person's reaction much more difficult.

Or maybe you've already learned a lot about yourself and now have a good understanding of where your patterns come from, but you find that they still take over in stressful moments.

Then this day isn't meant to help you understand even more.

We're going to explore what you might experience.

What are you bringing?

One day won't put an end to years of adapting or trying to please others.

We don't promise that either.

What might happen, however, is that you start to recognize things sooner when you move away from yourself. That you become more aware of what’s going on inside you before you react automatically. And that you can take a moment to realize that, in addition to the old pattern, there’s another possibility.

Maybe it sounds something like this:

I can feel myself even when you're there too.

I can stay true to myself and still feel connected.

Then you'll become The full workshop fee of €120 has been applied including the participation fee for the annual training program.

The workshop is a standalone program. So you don't have to plan on taking the year-long training afterward.

Try it out first. Then see what feels right for you.

Your questions, answered honestly

You don't just choose a year-long training program on a whim. Perhaps "Your True Nature" appeals to you, but at the same time, you have questions or doubts.

Here, we answer the questions people ask us most often before making a decision.

By now, you may have a very clear understanding of where your patterns come from. You understand why you please others, adapt to them, or have trouble setting boundaries.

And yet you realize that this insight isn't always enough in tense moments.

Your True Nature does not try to add yet another layer of knowledge on top of that.

We work with whatever happens as the pattern emerges: in your body, in your interactions with others, and in real-life situations.

So you don't have to start from scratch again. You can build on what you've already learned.

We build on that foundation by not only understanding, but also experiencing and practicing.

Yes, that could actually be a reason to participate.

You don't have to come in with perfect body awareness.

Maybe you mostly feel anxious. Maybe you don't realize until later that something was too much. Maybe you often have no idea at all what you're feeling or what you want.

That's not a problem you need to solve first.

Learning to notice subtle physical cues is part of the process.

Let's start with what we do have.

Also “I don’t feel anything” or “I don’t know” is information.

No.

You decide for yourself what you do and don't share.

Sometimes it can be valuable to share something with the group, but openness isn't an achievement, and depth isn't measured by how much you share.

We're just as interested in what's now happens.

For example, you might find that you want to say something because you think it's expected of you.

That, too, can be valuable material.

In that case, you can let us know.

You can slow down, stop, observe, or explore whatever you need.

That doesn't mean we avoid every inconvenience. Practicing new things can be exciting or challenging.

But there is a difference between finding something exciting and pushing yourself beyond your limits.

Learning to sense that distinction is part of Your True Nature.

Your True Nature is a Experience-based year-long training program for personal development in which we use body-oriented, systemic, and therapeutic approaches.

The group program is not a substitute for individual treatment when it is needed.

During an introductory meeting, we can explore together whether this approach is right for you at this time.

Insight can sometimes come from a single conversation.

Recognizing a pattern can take as little as a few minutes.

But knowing something is one thing; being able to feel it and act on it when your partner is disappointed, your coworker asks you for something, or your mother makes that exact comment that gets under your skin—that’s something else entirely.

That's why we take our time.

You have an experience during a training day, return to your everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and bring that experience back with you.

Experience → live → return → explore more deeply → practice again.

That repetition isn't a detour.

It is part of the training.

We ask that you carefully set aside these dates in your calendar in advance.

The continuity of the program and the group is an important part of Your True Nature.

Of course, something unexpected can happen.

Ideally you should participate in all days, as the build-up is substantial. If this is not possible, please get in touch - we will arrange a suitable briefing. Your buddy group will support you in this.

The online sessions are recorded, and you can watch them again later.

That's possible.

In fact, when you adapt easily, a group can be exactly the place where your pattern becomes apparent.

Maybe you want to do the right thing. Do you find it hard to take up space? Do you watch others first? Or would you rather take care of someone else than be the center of attention yourself?

You don't have to unlearn that first.

We can actually explore what's happening with you in the group.

You don't have to share everything, and you aren't forced to participate in every exercise.

We deliberately limit the number of participants to a maximum of 12, so that there is room for both individual attention and the group process.

No.

The workshop is not a required prerequisite.

It is intended for people who want to experience our approach first before deciding on a year-long program.

If you already feel that Your True Nature is a good fit for you, then you can jump right in.

Still on the fence? Then the workshop might be just the right first step.

And if you then decide to participate in the annual training program, the €120 from the workshop has been fully credited with your entry fee.

Then you've taken a workshop.

That's all.

This is a one-day event, and we don't expect you to join us afterward.

Yes! You can pay in installments at no extra cost. You can spread the cost of the investment over 3, 5, or 8 installments. We'll work with you to tailor the payment plan so that it fully suits your situation. You can also start with a down payment of 10%.

Your True Nature is a group program for personal development, not individual trauma therapy. Nevertheless, we consciously take a trauma-sensitive approach: we build gradually, don’t move faster than your system can handle, and don’t seek intense breakthroughs. Whether this is the right approach for you right now depends on where you are in your journey. Feel free to discuss this during the intake interview, and together we’ll honestly assess whether Your True Nature is a good fit for you, or if an individual program is needed first.

You don't have to get all that information from a website.

If you find that a lot of this resonates with you but you have questions about the group, the intensity, our approach, or your situation, let’s get to know each other.

During a conversation, we don't just see if you're interested in Your True Nature.

We'll also consider whether we think the training is a good fit for you.

Sometimes the answer is yes.

Sometimes you need to do something else first.

And sometimes, Your True Nature simply turns out not to be the right place.

Find Out If Your True Nature Is a Good Fit for Me

General terms and conditions apply during the annual training.

You don't need to know today
who you'll be in a year.

Maybe you just know that you're tired of constantly letting yourself down in order to keep things going for others.

And that you’re curious about what happens when you don’t try even harder to change, but instead learn to listen to what’s already within you.

Your True Nature doesn't begin by becoming someone else.

It starts with noticing it more and more often:

This is how I feel.
This is what I need.
This is my limit.
This is what I want.
And I can stay true to myself even when you're there too.

Does this feel like a move you'd like to make?

Do you have a question for us?

Please don't hesitate to get in touch. Whether you want to know more about the Year Training, the introductory workshop or just want to tune in - we'd love to hear from you.
